The Advantage 4 is a simple yet robust bike rack that hauls 4 bikes with ease. The rack is lightweight yet can carry a whopping 60 kg. This is a prong style bike rack where the bike is restrained by it's frame alone.

Foldable Prongs

Each prong can be removed and folded down to reduce the rack footprint when not in use.

High Density Foam

Each prong is wrapped in high density foam

Fits 50 mm & 1-7/8" Tow Balls

Fits AS/NZ Standard 50 mm and 1-7/8" tow balls. Not suitable for European style tow balls.

Comes with bungee kit for securing bikes to the rack

Cable locks can be mounted to a welded D (lock not included)

Removeable arms

Arms can be folded down when not in use.

Small footprint

Once arms are folded the rack takes up a much smaller footprint. This also helps for storage.

Fitting Type
AUS/NZ Standard 50 mm and 1-7/8" round tow balls mounted to a flat tongue are acceptable.

Not suitable for European Gooseneck tow balls.

Not suitable for interchangeable/convertible tow balls.

Interchangeable balls (convert-a-balls) are tow balls where you can change the ball in order to change the size without removing the shank from the tow bar.

Not suitable with flat sided balls.

Flat sided balls are tow balls that have two flat sides on the flange of the tow ball.

Correct fitment to the tow ball is critical. The entire base of the rack must sit on the tow bar tongue.

  • Tow balls with flanges greater than 51 mm in diameter will not fit.
  • The tow ball must have a height of 70-73 mm measured from tongue to tow ball top.
  • The tow bar tongue must be 20 mm thick or greater.
    •

    Check towbar manufacturer's specified tongue load is greater than the combined weight of the rack and bikes.
