We work hard to ensure your customer experience is as seamless as possible. Below we've spelled out our returns process, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

Conditions for return

Any products purchased direct from / can be returned if they are unused, in brand new condition and have all the original packaging material intact. Sale items are non refundable.

Returns must be made within a 30 day period from the date of purchase.

You must pay for the return of the goods in full, which will not be refunded by us.

For purchases made in New Zealand, returns must be sent to us in Queenstown at Ezigrip HQ.

For purchases made in Australia, returns must be sent to our distributor in Melbourne.

For purchases made from an authorized Ezigrip dealer, these must be coordinated through said dealer if allowed under their returns policy.

Returns process

Before sending your goods back to us for a return, please ensure the following:

  1. You have read our 'conditions for return' and meet the criteria.
  2. Complete the 'Make a return' section below and wait for us to get into contact with you.
  3. Once your return has been accepted, you must package the goods as you received them with a carrier who provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for goods which do not arrive to us.
  4. Once we have received the goods, allow for up to 4 business days for your claim to be processed.
  5. A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will then be issued to the account used to make the original purchase within 7 working days of claim approval.
