E-Rack / Enduro Ratchet Strap

This strap restrains the bike wheel on the Enduro and E-Rack bike rack models. This is for the strap only, and does not include the clip that holds the ratchet strap in place, or the rubber protector. These items can be bought separately; here for the ratchet clip and here for the rubber sleeve protector.
